Dear Genevieve

I really enjoyed my stay in your hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I do not speak French but this was not an issue. (I apologize for not being able to speak French). All staff members spoke to me in English. Roger was particularly helpful with some internet issues that I was having trying to get on line. The hotel property is very well maintained. I entered my hotel room and everything was working. (I have stayed in choice hotels where lights are unplugged or bulbs burnt out. Sometimes phones are old and cords are making them crackle with static). I needed to do some laundry and Roger showed me the location of the facility, which was also very clean and it was a free amenity. Overall I have to say "WOW THIS IS AN AWESOME HOTEL."

I will always stay here when I am in Drummondville. I have also forwarded these comments to choice hotels through their website

Everything was wonderful. Attentive staff, excellent facility. We will not consider any other hotel in Drummondville for our future needs. Bravo

My only regret is that I cannot rate this Hotel and staff any higher than 10. I stay in hotels all over Quebec, and The Quality Suites Drummondville is by far my favorite, due to all the incredibly pleasant and outgoing staff, especially at the front desk.

Just want to let you know how pleased we were to find your hotel for our one night stay May 22/2011.  It was our first time and everything was wonderful.  Our hostess, Genvieve was more than helpful in getting us settled and on our way to dinner at a local restaurant in Drummondville.  Check out was painless and there was even a going away gift of a fresh rose for my wife.
We'll definately be back next time at your hotel through Drummondville.

We have stayed here many times and have always been extremely pleased. In fact we plan our trip to stay here if we can. It is one our hotel to stay anywhere in North America.

We reserved by phone with Vanessa Gill handling our call. When we arrived, Vanessa was at the front desk and handled our check-in.  She is outstanding!  Have been to Drummondville many times. 1st time at your hotel,will be the only place we stay in the future.
